John Strehle, DMin, PCC
I am leadership and conflict coach helping leaders, couples, and organizations navigate difficult conversations and move forward with clarity, understanding, and resilience.
For more than 17 years, I’ve worked alongside leaders in administration, nonprofit organizations, ministry teams, and couples who find themselves at moments where relationships feel strained, leadership feels heavy, and the next step isn’t obvious. My work focuses on helping people understand what is driving the situation beneath the surface, creating bridges toward healthier conversations, and guiding individuals and teams toward practical and lasting solutions.
I’ve facilitated coaching conversations, conflict resolution processes, and leadership trainings across the United States and Europe. In each setting, my goal is the same: create a thoughtful space where people feel heard, gain perspective, and discover the next step forward.
People often tell me that what makes our work together different is the combination of calm presence, deep listening, and practical tools that help move conversations from tension toward clarity.
My professional training includes:
• Professional Certified Coach (PCC) — International Coaching Federation
• Peacemaker Fellow — Peacemaker Ministries
• Natural Church Development Coach — NADEI & CoachNet
• Marriage Coach Certification
Whether you are navigating leadership pressure, relational tension, or a challenging decision, coaching provides a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with intention.
If you’re ready to explore what the next step could look like, I would be honored to walk with you in that process.
