My Story

Hi, I’m Dr. John Strehle. I am a pastor, leadership coach, conflict conciliator, and lifelong learner.

 

I’ve spent the last 17+ years sitting with individuals, couples, ministry teams, and organizations during moments that truly matter when identity is questioned, relationships are strained, leadership feels heavy, and the next step isn’t obvious.

 

My journey into coaching began in 2007, and I’ve woven it into every part of my life ever since. What fuels me today is the same thing that captured my heart back then: I love to watch people step into possibility where they once saw only obstacles.
